Daddy and his little girl Lizzie

This post goes out to my husband. He is the most amazing husband a girl could ever ask for. He stood by me though little contractions and HUGE contractions, and is always there to help me out. I love you so much David. Lizzie and I are so bless to have such a great husband and dad. You make each and everyday a blessing... thank you for everything! The nurses at the hospital were so proud of him, and wished every father/husband would be as dedicated as he was.
BABY LIZZIE VALET IS HERE!!!
Tuesday Nov. 27th we went to our last appointment with Dr. Basu. She said I needed to be induced since I was producing too much protein in my urine, and that it was too hard on the baby. We went to Labor and Delivery and they only had 1 bed left so they sent us to L&D observation where I would be able to start the whole process of being induced. By 4pm I was able to get out of bed and start walking around the hospital. We starting to feel the contractions at 5pm. By 6 pm we were up and walking again trying to get the contractions to become more intense . We were admitted at 7pm to Labor and Delivery and then the fun began. The cheerleaders and coaches arrived and we started the Lizzie arrival party. By 2am we were dilated to a 5, but she wasn't processing down the birth canal, by 8 am she was still not making any more progress so they broke my water and was hoping their was not going to be any complications. 9am rolled around she still was not making much progress and I was put on oxygen since her heartbeat was dropping a little. I was so nervous that I was going to need a C-section so I had David give her a pep-talk and by 10 am we were dilated to a 7 and during contractions we were dilated to an 8 to 9. They had us wait to push and have her slide down the birth canal a little more and by noon we were ready to push. After 18 pushed Lizzie made her from heaven to Riverside,CA. She was born at 12:39 in the afternoon weighing 8 lbs. 6 ounces and 21 inches long. She has brought so much happiness to our family. We hope you all will meet our little girl soon. Thanks for all the support.... Here are some pictures of our little girl.

Our Trip to Oceanside
For our wedding we were given a week stay down in Oceanside for our 1 year anniversary. Well we finally used it and had a great time. We stayed at the Blue Whale Resort down on North Strand right on the beach. The weather was beautiful and the waves were amazing...
These are our footprints as we walked down the beach. The water was quite chilly, but we had a great time exploring the beach for flat rocks that David could use to skip on the water...
If you look in the distance you can see the pier and Ruby's. On Friday, David and I walked down to the pier and had dinner. We could not have asked for better weather while we were there. I like to pose with the whale what can I say???
David and I walked down to the Jetty. This is where David asked me to marry him... I know he is the cutest :)
This picture was taken from the exact spot of where we got engaged. Time sure flies by fast.. I can't believe we have been married over a year now... The time we spent together in Oceanside was a dream come true.. Thanks Kathy for the condo Tuesday, November 13, 2007

A Night at the Maserati Museum

Having your camera go dead, and not knowing where your battery charger is blogging has been slim to none, but after much searching through boxes in the garage and storage (since that is where most of our belonging are) David and I found the charger so we could start blogging again... HOORAY!!! Well last night we were invited to a party at the Riverside Maserati Museum. We saw so many amazing cars... we had a great time karaoking with friends, and drooling over the cars.
